ABOUT LABOR

Team San Jose (TSJ) has enjoyed a long and productive relationship with union labor. TSJ’s exceptional customer service is directly attributable to our staff, as well as our strong partnership with local unions. TSJ entered into an Exclusive Jurisdiction Agreement with several unions to formalize the best practices in our facilities. The result has been a working environment in which both TSJ and labor are committed to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, safety standards, and flexibility. Our partnerships ensure that work is performed at a reasonable cost, reflecting the highest level of efficiency, productivity and quality.
