Mission Santa Cruz
Santa Cruz was the twelfth mission founded August 28 1791 by Fr. Lasun


National Register of Historic Places. Santa Cruz Mission State Historic Park contains the only remaining Native American family housing from the mission era. They are the oldest buildings in Santa Cruz county. The mission church building and adjoining museum are a one third scale replica built in 1931 near the original foundations one block from the State Historic Park buildings
