The Team San Jose Brand

Team San Jose is a non-profit, economic development organization and the primary economic driver of travel to San Jose through group, leisure and business visitation. Launched in 2004, the organization operates the city-owned venues including the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, the San Jose Theaters and South Hall. Team San Jose is also the parent company of Visit San Jose, the official destination management organization for San Jose, California. Team San Jose’s initiatives promoting San Jose tourism generates job creation and a transient occupancy tax (TOT) that is vital to the city’s economy. Team San Jose is a strategic partner of the community, supporting the success of local events and drives travel to San Jose through sales, marketing and public relations.

  • Health Coverage

    Team San Jose offers competitive and comprehensive health plans from trusted providers. In addition to full medical and dental benefits, we offer vision, flex spending and even optional pet insurance.

  • Paid Time Off & Holidays

    We encourage employees to take time off to renew and refresh themselves each year. PTO hours begin at 160 hours (20 days) per year with accrual beginning upon your date of hire. Additionally, Team San Jose observes 13 paid holidays.

  • 401K

    Team San Jose offers a 401K retirement plan following 90 days of employment. The program matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% you contribute - a total matching contribution of up to 4%. Deferrals and matching contributions are immediately vested.
