Charlie's Cheesecake Works was founded in San Jose, California in 2002 to produce a line of top quality all natural cheesecakes for local restaurants and hotels. In June of 2002, they opened their first retail outlet in the Almaden Valley area of San Jose. There are forty distinctive flavors, including seasonal favorites. Charlie's Cheesecakes are handmade in the bakery using All Natural Real California Cream Cheese. We start with our special All Natural Real California Cream Cheese, add in top quality fruits, our own real vanilla, (made in house), and the finest chocolates, to create the finest cheesecakes around.
