Mercy Mediterranean was founded by Shabana Serang and co-founded by her Executive Chef Fadi Abdulhafiz. Their mission is to provide delicious Mediterranean cuisine while spreading kindness through generosity. Believing that even small actions can make a big difference, Mercy strives to make a positive impact on the world.

This journey began with a shared love for Mediterranean food and a desire to do something meaningful and create a place where people could come together over delicious food and vibe off positive energy while giving back to the community, one bite at a time. And so, Mercy Mediterranean was born. Serang's commitment to her cause is reflected throughout the restaurant, from sourcing the freshest ingredients to creating unique and flavorful dishes.

Located in San Jose's Downtown Food Hall, Mercy Mediterranean serves up a sumptuous array of authentic, from-scratch dishes to nourish the heart and soul as well as the stomach.
