Acopio has been a passion from concept to reality, inspired by the blend of traditional family recipes and travel. We are a family-owned restaurant, sister to Taqueria Lorena's. The dream project of second generation siblings, Lorena & Carlos, along with friends, Marshall, our executive chef and David, our bar manager.
