This cash-only Vietnamese strip mall spot has been serving San Jose since 2006. The mom-and-pop shop run by the Quan family is a favorite of many Vietnamese families in San Jose. Popular dishes include chả cá lã vọng, or turmeric-marinated fish, and rare finds in Bay Area like bánh bột chiên trứng.
