Dumpling time will provide a new experience for people in the bay area with it’s delicious and unique handmade dumplings. Dumpling Time will soon be known as the “neighborhood’s dumpling and brew house.” A place to relax and enjoy good food in a laid back atmosphere. Dumpling Time is the latest venture from veteran restaurateur Kash Feng, owner of the Michelin starred Omakase and Bib Gourmand Okane. The shop’s handmade dumplings will come in three to five different shapes and fillings. Fillings will include heritage pork, veggies, chicken, lamb, wagyu beef, and a range of seafood.
